Our ac stopped working the night before I called, so I called Southern Air first thing in the morning. They put me in at 1:30 and Joel showed up right on time. Joel was totally professional and quick to diagnose the problem with our unit. He repaired it in a very timely manner. We had an issue with our new unit and when I got home and realized it was not working I called them at 4:55pm and they sent someone that night about an hour later to look at it and get it working until the new part comes ( all no charge bc it’s under warranty)
