Our ac stopped working the night before I called, so I called Southern Air first thing in the morning. They put me in at 1:30 and Joel showed up right on time. Joel was totally professional and quick to diagnose the problem with our unit. He repaired it in a very timely manner. Southern Air is the Greatest company we've have had the pleasure of dealing with since moving to Putnam County. Our AC unit went out while I was away dealing with the passing of my mother. They were quick to respond with same day services for repair and an estimate for a new system. Jason and Jeremy were the Greatest guys ever. Southern Air should be Proud these guys were polite, courteous, and concerned for our well being with this heat. We tried another AC company, they came out once, left after speaking to me and never came back.

Another “ feels like” 108° day and my ac wasn’t keeping up. I called Southern Air and as usual they had a tech out to me within two hours. Trent the tech arrived, he was pleasant, informative, and very thorough. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He just listened to my complaints and addressed our needs.
