Every time I call Southern Air they are very responsive and quickly on the job and repair on the spot! Jason was very knowledgeable and good at his job without question. Figured out the situation and understood what we needed. Thank you again Southern Air we appreciate it!

We were having some issues controlling the temperature in our home with our new AC unit from Southern Air. I called this morning, spoke with Robert, and he dispatched Albert Vera to help us. Albert took a fair amount of time adjusting the system and explained what he was doing. He was very pleasant and professional. We are hopeful that the adjustments he made will be successful. It may take a day or two to see.

Justin was excellent. He showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. Very thorough in his work. Even though I told him I would not be looking over his shoulder, while he worked, I did do just that a few times and he explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Justin and southern air.

From booking appt, to communication, to our tech Albert, all was great. Our mini split system is large & takes all day for a tuneup, and it was a HOT day. Albert was: professional, experienced, thorough, clean & friendly. He even taught us how to use our remotes, which we never fully understood. He also recommend surge protection, which we never thought of. I was especially pleased that we got an appt right away even though it wasn’t an emergency. The original installer said it would be 6 mos! I like their service agreement too (only 1 tuneup/yr instead of 2) and very reasonable considering mine takes all day.
