Just had a great visit from Jamar from Southern Air 😀. He's a great guy, very efficient.
Was so super with my dogs 🐕 they are all bark when they meet someone new. Jamar made new friends with mine 💕....
He did a great job thoroughly checking everything out and giving the AC a tune up. Very polite and great follow through.

Southern Air is the Greatest company we've have had the pleasure of dealing with since moving to Putnam County. Our AC unit went out while I was away dealing with the passing of my mother. They were quick to respond with same day services for repair and an estimate for a new system. Jason and Jeremy were the Greatest guys ever. Southern Air should be Proud these guys were polite, courteous, and concerned for our well being with this heat. We tried another AC company, they came out once, left after speaking to me and never came back.
I love Southern Air. I'll never use any one else.

Jason came out late for after hours repair and he was soo professional and Awesome. I can't praise him enough for how well he does his job. 01/06/26 - Routine semi-annual check-up, today! All was well, and, all went well! Robert, almost always our "Go-To" Guy, always the consummate professional, was our Guy, today; performed a thorough inspection, and routine maintenance on our two A/C systems w/ an up-check on both! We're good to go for another 6 months, or, until we're not!
Southern Air is a team-oriented operation w/ a deep bench of well-trained, well-motivated, wonderful technically proficient professionals, both in the field and in the office! They like what they do, they like each other, they're having fun, and it really shows!! This is a growing business that should be, if not, already, the case study focal point of college-level business operation and administration studies, locally and around the country!

07/22/25 - Today is Tuesday. This past Friday, we enjoyed our regular semi-annual check-up, and all went well; we passed the quiz!💥 Then, sometime Saturday late afternoon/early evening, things started "warming up"!
By Sunday A.M., our a/c system, a mere 2 yrs old, was failing via an oscillating blower motor on our Air Handler.
Mayday! Mayday! Mayday! Temp's are rising rapidly; we're in distress! Send Help!!
Jamar Witt, another stellar performer from Southern Air, arrived to discover our blower motor acting up, and was able to get it squared away ... sorta! About an hour later, after a full & frank discussion, it resumed it's irregular misbehavior, again. I brought Molly up to speed, another star "weekend warrior" @ Southern Air, and she relayed to Jamar who wrote the order; and we settled in for a couple toastie days, waiting for replacement parts!
Today, our parts arrived, and Jamar just departed, ~1730, having replaced our blower motor - easy-peasy! We're cooling rapidly, now, from a heat-soaked 87°!
What did we ever do before a/c? 🙄
Southern Air to our rescue, again, 24/7! 👍🇺🇲

    Jamar was wonderful. Thorough system check! Cleaned the discharge line, changed out the capacitor, cleaned the unit of debris and the coils. Very polite and professional. Southern Air has a wonderful group working for them! Wouldn't use anyone else! Always there when you need them and and fantastic customer service.
