6/18/26 Justin Coates did a great job... even in this blazing heat. 12/3/25 Damon came out today to do my six months check up on my six month old unit. He was very respectful and professional. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. 6/24/25-Jason Klinger Thank you Jason for coming out at night to try and address my 11 year old unit. You did your best and I SO appreciate it. You showed and explained that ...in a nutshell we need a new one. I agree. From last year 2024 ....never hit send DeMare P. was our technician and he was great. After being dropped from the other company that we've had for years (Rhymes with ghertie-they said they weren't reupping contracts in our area...too far). SouthernAir came through for us. THANK YOU. *one thing I was mad about....forgot to tip him

Jamar was polite and efficient. He explained what was happening with my AC and provided a temporary fix for the night. Said he'll be back tomorrow to do a permanent fix. Excellent service! Jamar is very polite and efficient. Fixed my AC in less time than anticipated. You can send him back all the time. Great role model for other employees and young men his age.

    We need a new AC and Jeremy was up front and told us about extended warranty. Matthew and Steve came on time installed our AC very professional and Matthew walk me through the thermostat and they stayed and made sure everything was good and clean up. If I could them more then 5 stars I would give them 20 Stars. Thanks for making this process smooth and fast.11/3/2023 there 4th time coming out , very professional very friendly courteous and took their time cleaning and servicing the air conditioner found out that the heat strip had went out they're going to come back Monday and finish up.1/20/25 Robert is professional friendly ,thorough and fast and cleans up every time I would recommend Southern ,friendly and thorough job well done.I am adding today June 7 2026 Justin Coates had to come out a Sunday, when he got here and went to work, had it done with in 30 mins and very friendly, and save the day , cool Ac was back in action.     Randy most definitely went above and beyond his professional duties. Not only did he arrive on time, he arrived to hearing me screaming on my back porch, I was trying to get my fur baby inside the house while keeping my eye on a snake that made way on my porch. He was very instrumental in removing the snake from my porch, it took some time, but he took the time to get the snake outside, then completed the maintenance on the A/C. You don't meet people like Randy often, but man did he arrive just in time!! Thanks again Randy!
