A/C unit quit working hated to bother someone on a Sunday but it was 85 in the house and getting warmer. Quick response and Jamar showed up within an hr. He was so wonderful in spite of this heat, just a loose wire and we were back in business. Southern Air is a great company and they are so dependable and dedicated to their customers. Jamar braved the 102 degree heat, wasps who decided to make a nest hiding in my AC and the metal on the unit was hot! Jamar remained positive, friendly and happy to be doing my regular servicing of my AC. Southern Air knows how to pick their technicians. I have had remarkable service for over 7 years with Southern Air. Cannot recommend them any higher. I love having their annual service plan and you can budget with monthly payments. A++++++++

We need a new AC and Jeremy was up front and told us about extended warranty.
Matthew and Steve came on time installed our AC very professional and Matthew walk me through the thermostat and they stayed and made sure everything was good and clean up. If I could them more then 5 stars I would give them 20 Stars. Thanks for making this process smooth and fast.11/3/2023 there 4th time coming out , very professional very friendly courteous and took their time cleaning and servicing the air conditioner found out that the heat strip had went out they're going to come back Monday and finish up.1/20/25
Robert is professional friendly ,thorough and fast and cleans up every time I would recommend Southern ,friendly and thorough job well done.I am adding today June 7 2026 Justin Coates had to come out a Sunday, when he got here and went to work, had it done with in 30 mins and very friendly, and save the day , cool Ac was back in action. Ac stopped working on a Sunday. I call Southern Air and they sent Dylan out very quickly . He was very nice and had my AC up in no time. Highly recommend. I purchase my unit from Southern Air and am very pleased with it and the yeam that keep it running smoothly!

Dylan showed up quickly after my requesting service, within 90 minutes he was here. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very detailed in his services. He knew exactly what my problem was, and told me about some other issues I have and offered me a maintenance plan which ultimately lowered my bill for services. I was out of town when I learned my AC had died. Southern Air worked with me to get me going again in just two days. New AC installed, super pleasant and understanding folks to deal with, and bonus is it is sooo quiet :)

Jason was pleasant, professional and very straightforward. He showed us the very rusty and corroding coils and said we could keep repairing the 22 year old AC but it would be a waste of money and an ongoing and potentially hazardous decision. We are proceeding with a new AC based on his recommendation.

We were having some issues controlling the temperature in our home with our new AC unit from Southern Air. I called this morning, spoke with Robert, and he dispatched Albert Vera to help us. Albert took a fair amount of time adjusting the system and explained what he was doing. He was very pleasant and professional. We are hopeful that the adjustments he made will be successful. It may take a day or two to see.
