My technician for Southern air in Palatka was Jamar, he did maintenance of our AC system. Jamar did a great job! He texted me and told me he was on his way, he was on time and got the job done within 1 hour. He explained to me what was done and also gave me suggestions for our unit. Lavarus was ahead of schedule. He was courteous and professional. However, I feel the office failed to let him know that our unit was in the attic and he needed at least a short ladder to access the unit. We had to rig a way for him to get to the unit, but he adapted well.
