Robert Wright came out at the end of a long, hot day and diagnosed our A/C problems. I was sorry it was not a good idea to fix, but felt the diagnosis was accurate. We made the decision the next day and a new A/C was installed the following day. Southern Air is a reliable company with very good technicians!

Southern Air has been great to work with; their techs are always on time, friendly, professional, and they explain things in an easy-to-understand way even if you don't know anything about how air conditioners work. Getting twice-yearly maintenance on my unit really gives me peace of mind that it's being kept up and if anything does go wrong I'll know about it before it gets too bad.

First time using Southern Air. Robert came out to service my 2 AC units. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous while performing a thorough maintenance tune-up to ensure the units were running as efficiently as possible. The experience was so good that we decided to sign up for their twice a year maintenance program.

Southern Air is phenomenal! They installed a brand new AC unit and a new air handler for us- they were prompt, efficient, and thorough. The techs disposed of our old equipment, and left our home in pristine condition. When we had an issue related to a power outage once, and they sent a tech out to us within 30 minutes of our call. They offer 10 year warranty options and an annual program, where they will perform all maintenance, even filter changes. I could not be happier with their services, and I enjoy never having to think about the AC! They are the best in Putnam county.

Southern Air definitely deserves a 5 Star. Not only did they respond immediately they had a technician at my place of business with in a few hours. Unfortunately this was on a Sunday that I needed them. Very courteous employee and did not complain once about working in such hot temperatures.

I have a house full of birds an most days things are Topsy Tervy, southern Air Tec pro, didn't blink an eye, did his magic around my Extremely loud Macaws, was helpful with all information I needed. I'd recommend this company any day!! I'm also signed up for everything an anything to protect my air system. #1 air conditioning service, don't hesitate, if you need cold air in this heat, Southern Air is the company you want!!!

These guys are great.!They went above and beyond and signed me up for routine maintenance, which gave me a 15% discount on service that was completed. Within a couple of hours, they had my 10-year-old air conditioner up and running again. Way improved over yesterday!!! Can highly recommend!
