Our technician Thomas Leonard was wonderful! He came in checked the vents and explained what happened and what to do in the future.Once again 7/22/24 Southern air came out this time it was Johnny Thompson he figured out the problem and with the help of Thomas Leonard they got it fixed. These are my go to techs from now on.1/9/25 I had Jamar Witt this time and once again another wonderful technician. They always make sure to explain what's wrong or what needs to be done so that you understand. Every technician is very friendly as well.

He took time to interact with our youngest when he was jibber jabbing to him, and he seemed to have gained the trust of my dogs, which says a lot.He was professional and took time to explain things to me, providing me with the best solution to our problem. 12/20/24 - Today, we stepped outside our standard "periotic, scheduled" routine!We're in the new home w/ a 1.5-yrold Trane system that, suddenly, ~10 days ago, began "growling" as the air handler spoioled up. Once on-speed, the growling sound faded away, but ... I believe the unusual sound was a "warning" of bad things to come, and I don't wait for "system failure" to seek corrective help!I called Gabbie, SouthernAir, ~1045, and by 1430, Justin was on-site! We talked, Justin listened very carefully, and monitored the fan start-up sequence; then methodically, w/ a solid theory, went to work! I'm not one who puts "bandaids" on discrepancies; Justin worked w/ that! He adjusted the speed of our blower fan, which, for now, has eliminated the "off-balance start-up growling" sound, with a "Plan B" to replace the blower fan with a balanced component as the future dictates!These guys and gals from SouthernAir really, really know their stuff, and we could not be more pleased!!-- End, This Event--We use periodic, scheduled maintenance to avoid breakdowns. So far, the concept has proven flawless! Robert Wright is our go-to tech; there can be no better example of customer service, and no better ambassador to represent his company! Somebody drives this Southern Air team to excellence - it, clearly, has caught on, and permeated their ops repeatedly, consistently, thoroughly, from the office staff to the tech's in the field! They are the Best!!1/31/23 - Consistently excellent, by every measure; On time, every time!! There can be none better!!10/11/23 -Robt Wright "bats _cleanup_" for a reason! He consistently hits it "outta the ballpark", and still finds quality time to educate me!We have a very "tight" space, tucked into our attic, where our air handler resides! How Robt negotiates that space is nothing short of miraculous! (He must be "part shape-shifter"!🤔)Beyond being incredibly well trained and technically knowledgeable, his people skills are truly impressive; an exceptionally polished, consumate professional; makes his job look and sound easy! He's the best, as are those administrators, managers, and leaders who support him! Southern Air really has their act together!!07/30/24 -Robert Wright is "our guy"! He IS, and DOES every single thing ... right! (No pun intended!) Robert IS the very best in the industry! He is continuously on top of his game; an A+ on every scale, by every metric!Southern Air continues to hit the ball outta the park, year after year; season after season, from price to communications to technical excellence and responsiveness in the field!

Southern Air just got themselves another customer, my son called around several other AC repair shops and we really didn't hear what we wanted until he called Southern Air and the nice lady (sorry I don't remember her name but thank you for your help in getting my AC fixed) that answered the phone got us set up with the technician right away. Big shout Thanks to Jason for coming out and fixing my AC unit. He was nice, kind and respectful, he told me step by step everything that happened. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SOUTHERN AIR AND JASON FOR GIVING ME COOL AIR AGAIN.

Ok, I just had southern air come out and completely replace my ducting and my unit and my house feels amazing. The tech's were awesome the owner even did my estimate and expedited my instillation! If you are thinking about someone else STOP! You get what you pay for! Enough said.
