My technician for Southern air in Palatka was Jamar, he did maintenance of our AC system. Jamar did a great job! He texted me and told me he was on his way, he was on time and got the job done within 1 hour. He explained to me what was done and also gave me suggestions for our unit. Jamar was kind and personable.

My last post was a review about Dylan. This time it’s with Albert. Albert came to do my bi annual service. He was efficient and friendly. He made some suggestions to keep pests and leaves out of my unit and went out to measure the size of my unit for me. Great experience with Southern Air as usual. Thank you!

Lavarus was ahead of schedule. He was courteous and professional. However, I feel the office failed to let him know that our unit was in the attic and he needed at least a short ladder to access the unit. We had to rig a way for him to get to the unit, but he adapted well.

It was the 2nd of 2 yearly check ups
He was very thorough checking everything replaced filter (not a regular filter) 1 price for the year including 1 filter
I apparently miss understood thought 2 filters was included he changed it anyway 0$ it was bad since I was 3mo. behind for check up.
That meant alot to me

    I was out of town when I learned my AC had died. Southern Air worked with me to get me going again in just two days. New AC installed, super pleasant and understanding folks to deal with, and bonus is it is sooo quiet :)
