Our ac stopped working the night before I called, so I called Southern Air first thing in the morning. They put me in at 1:30 and Joel showed up right on time. Joel was totally professional and quick to diagnose the problem with our unit. He repaired it in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with Southern Air and will be recommending them to all our friends. Great job and great staff.15 May 2020Jason came by to service our AC unit. Once again an outstanding job. He also found a problem and corrected it on the spot. We can't be happier with the service Southern Air and Jason have done. Downstairs HVAC cooling quit working on Saturday around noon.The tech arrived around 3:00 p.m., quickly resolved the problem,and made improvements to the drainage system to prevent future occurrences.The office staff kept us well informed.

Jamar Witt was our tech. He was courteous and professional, and answered questions in detail. Jamar diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. He was here about an hour and fifteen minutes. Overall, I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend Southern Air to anyone needing HVAC work.

We had an issue with our new unit and when I got home and realized it was not working I called them at 4:55pm and they sent someone that night about an hour later to look at it and get it working until the new part comes ( all no charge bc it’s under warranty)
