Robert is awesome! He went out of his way to make sure my AC is working as it should. Some people may have just brushed it off, but he replaced a part that wasn’t drawing the correct amps. Southern Air is the Greatest company we've have had the pleasure of dealing with since moving to Putnam County. Our AC unit went out while I was away dealing with the passing of my mother. They were quick to respond with same day services for repair and an estimate for a new system. Jason and Jeremy were the Greatest guys ever. Southern Air should be Proud these guys were polite, courteous, and concerned for our well being with this heat. We tried another AC company, they came out once, left after speaking to me and never came back.
I love Southern Air. I'll never use any one else.

Robert came quickly for an issue with our new AC unit after a power failure. He solved the problem quickly and easily, checked everything thoroughly and gave good advice and instructions should anything else arise. Just had a great visit from Jamar from Southern Air 😀. He's a great guy, very efficient.
Was so super with my dogs 🐕 they are all bark when they meet someone new. Jamar made new friends with mine 💕....
He did a great job thoroughly checking everything out and giving the AC a tune up. Very polite and great follow through.

Today is May13,2024 and I am still extremely happy with Southern Air. My tech Jason was soo professional and handled my dogs 🐕 with the utmost care and respect. He did such a great job, I hope he gets a raise. He is going to do a follow up and replace my Air filter. Super nice guy.

Southern Air is the Greatest company we've have had the pleasure of dealing with since moving to Putnam County. Our AC unit went out while I was away dealing with the passing of my mother. They were quick to respond with same day services for repair and an estimate for a new system. Jason and Jeremy were the Greatest guys ever. Southern Air should be Proud these guys were polite, courteous, and concerned for our well being with this heat. We tried another AC company, they came out once, left after speaking to me and never came back.
I love Southern Air. I'll never use any one else.

Jason came out late for after hours repair and he was soo professional and Awesome. I can't praise him enough for how well he does his job. I have even bought a surge protector for my AC unit to protect it during Florida's thunder storms. I can always count on my Southern Air tech Jason to keep my AC running smoothly 👍🏽 Thank you Jason
