He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous while performing a thorough maintenance tune-up to ensure the units were running as efficiently as possible. The experience was so good that we decided to sign up for their twice a year maintenance program.

Southern Air is phenomenal! They installed a brand new AC unit and a new air handler for us- they were prompt, efficient, and thorough. The techs disposed of our old equipment, and left our home in pristine condition. When we had an issue related to a power outage once, and they sent a tech out to us within 30 minutes of our call. They offer 10 year warranty options and an annual program, where they will perform all maintenance, even filter changes. I could not be happier with their services, and I enjoy never having to think about the AC! They are the best in Putnam county.

Southern Air definitely deserves a 5 Star. Not only did they respond immediately they had a technician at my place of business with in a few hours. Unfortunately this was on a Sunday that I needed them. Very courteous employee and did not complain once about working in such hot temperatures.
