Albert completed a maintenance service on our two ac units. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional. He explains everything he has done and in layman’s terms any issues we might need to address. He is definitely a 5 star employee.

Dylan was very informative and thorough. He called me to inform me of the work that was done because it was storming so bad. Safety is important. Nothing was paid because I have the service plan through the company, Southern Air. Great company to work with.

I called Southern Air this morning (Monday)at 8:00 AM as our AC stopped working Sunday night. They dispatched Dylan Pacetti. He was here by 9:00 AM, analyzed the problem, made the repair, and was finished by 10:00 AM. Very speedy and professional service!

Our ac stopped working the night before I called, so I called Southern Air first thing in the morning. They put me in at 1:30 and Joel showed up right on time. Joel was totally professional and quick to diagnose the problem with our unit. He repaired it in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with Southern Air and will be recommending them to all our friends. Great job and great staff. 15 May 2020 Jason came by to service our AC unit. Once again an outstanding job. He also found a problem and corrected it on the spot. We can't be happier with the service Southern Air and Jason have done. We continue to recommend Southern Air a great company. 4 May 2021 Joel Rivera was our technician. He did an outstanding job. Cleaned the system checked everything and cleaned out our drain line. I can't express how happy we are with Southern Air. They are a great company and I recommend them highly. 12 Nov 2021 Joel Rivera was our technician. He was right on time and did a great job. Completely cleaned our system checked everything. We could not be happier with the service Southern Air does. We highly recommend them. 30 June 2022 Lavarus Smith was out technician. He was right on time and very professional. Cleaned and checked our system. He found us a little low on freon and topped off our system. We are very happy with their service, and highly recommend Southern Air. 4 July 2022 Demare Purifoy was our technician, great gentleman and extremely knowledgeable. Checked a problem we were having on the 4th. I could not ask for better service from any company I have ever delt with. Demare was a prime example of a great tech! Once again I highly recommend Southern Air! 5 April 2024 We have had Jason Klinger for our technician for the last couple of services. He is extremely good, very thorough and is the consummate professional. I totally trust his opinion and am extremely satisfied with his work. We highly recommend Southern Air. 17 April 2025 Jason Klinger was our technician. Once again he does go above and beyond. Our AC stopped working, it is an old system. Once again it was Jason to the rescue. We again highly recommend Jason and Southern Air! 10 May 2025 Matthew and Albert were the installers for our new heat pump unit. They were both hard working and totally professional. They did a great job removing the old system and installing our new system. Once again great job Southern Air. 13 May 2025 Jason Klinger was our technician. He came by and adjusted our new system. Our house is a little particular and the new system needed a little tweek. All is doing well and we couldn't be happier. Thanks again Jason and Southern Air! Of course we highly recommend them. 13 July 2026 Jason Klinger was our technician. Our system crashed on the 10th . It was diagnosed as a circuit board shorted. The part was ordered and shipped and installed on the 13th. Very professional very quick. Southern Air and Jason came through again. Of course I highly recommend Southern Air and Jason!
