Jamar checked the air handler as it was making a strange noise. He said it most likely was doing that because the air filter was very dirty. I changed the filter last night & we could not hear it anymore. While he was here, he checked the system out & all was running ok!

I had a service call with Southern Air 6/24/26. Their tech Lake Batteiger and a tech that was in training was with him.. They were so professional and respectful in every way !! 6/18/26 Justin Coates did a great job... even in this blazing heat. 12/3/25 Damon came out today to do my six months check up on my six month old unit. He was very respectful and professional. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. 6/24/25-Jason Klinger Thank you Jason for coming out at night to try and address my 11 year old unit. You did your best and I SO appreciate it. You showed and explained that ...in a nutshell we need a new one. I agree. From last year 2024 ....never hit send DeMare P. was our technician and he was great. After being dropped from the other company that we've had for years (Rhymes with ghertie-they said they weren't reupping contracts in our area...too far). SouthernAir came through for us.
