I’ve used Southern Air at a different residence in the past and was just as satisfied today, as I was a couple of years ago. Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Additionally the communication that comes from their office staff is top notch. A breath of fresh air in an environment that many companies don’t respond.

Technician Justin Coates went above and beyond servicing my two AC units. I'm in Florida, one of the units is in the attic, poor guy. He was professional, knowledgeable and VERY thorough. I also like that Southern Air reminds me when service is due.
Update: today 9/15/2026, "Jamar Witt" came out, determined that the duct in the ATTIC had collapsed and replaced it. NOT an easy task in a 100+° attic in a limited space! He also replaced a weak capacitor that was still under warranty. Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Highly recommend Southern Air. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

After a great visit from Jeremy with Souther Air, we pursues a GREAT Air condition unit. Steve and Mat came out and put it right in. Their service was excellent and had it up and running and took our old one away!! We will be customers for at least 25 yrs.
