Justin Coates did an outstanding job diagnosing my HVAC system he found the problem within 20 minutes of arrival time which was very early in the morning with the temperature outside being 23 degrees in Florida ouch. Very professional and kind. Sucks that we need a new unit and it's going to cost 10k. Had over half a million dollars in hospital bills and my credit isn't great. Denied for the loan even with 5k down. Southern Air was great however.
