The technician, Albert was early, extremely friendly, and very thorough. He explained the things that he recommended needed to be repaired and answered all my questions. He is also working on a concern of mine that is not something that he normally handles. Highly recommend as I’ve used them several times and had nothing but great service.

My technician for Southern air in Palatka was Jamar, he did maintenance of our AC system. Jamar did a great job! He texted me and told me he was on his way, he was on time and got the job done within 1 hour. He explained to me what was done and also gave me suggestions for our unit. Jamar was kind and personable.
