Today is May13,2024 and I am still extremely happy with Southern Air. My tech Jason was soo professional and handled my dogs 🐕 with the utmost care and respect. He did such a great job, I hope he gets a raise. He is going to do a follow up and replace my Air filter. Super nice guy.Thanks Jason for a Job well done 👱♀️Up date... Hi everyone, this the second time Demare Purifoy has been to my home. He is a great guy, who does an excellent job. Demare follows up with his customers. Our AC unit went out while I was away dealing with my the passing of my mother. They were quick to respond with same day services for repair and an estimate for a new system. Jason and Jeremy were the Greatest guys ever. Southern Air should be Proud these guys were polite, courteous, and concerned for our well being with this heat. We tried another AC company, they came out once, left after speaking to me and never came back.I love Southern Air. I'll never use any one else.

Southern Air has fantastic response time. Called after 5pm and they arrived within 30 minutes and had our unit up and running within the hour. Jason has been servicing our unit since it was installed. Always professional, courteous, and helpful. Great service, thank you!

Jason was prompt, professional & worked to remedy our problem but more parts are needed. He advised unit is operable but may not for long. He said he'll order parts ASAP & we'll be contacted when unit can be repaired. Thank you Jason & Brandi for responding so quickly.

My 14 year-old heat pump died around midnight friday (4/26/24); so I googled help and saw Southern Air actually uses an answering service so are reachable 24/7. Because it was midnight I opted to contact them via email.Saturday (4/27/24) early afternoon Robert, the technician, showed up and reviewed the problems. I opted for a new unit, Robert said he would contact a gentleman by Monday to come out and do an estimate.Jeremy showed up around 9:00 am this morning (4/29/2024) and gave me a professional, expeditious, cost feasible quote for a new system and totally new duct work.By 2:45 pm I was lounging in my lazy-boy playing Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning and the house was 73 degrees. Now THAT is excellent customer service!You almost can't get in and out of an emergency room on the weekend that fast.The install techs were great, Jeremy was great, Robert was great, and Brandy from the office was great.THANK YOU you guys, for everything.

Our ac stopped working the night before I called, so I called Southern Air first thing in the morning. They put me in at 1:30 and Joel showed up right on time. Joel was totally professional and quick to diagnose the problem with our unit. He repaired it in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with Southern Air and will be recommending them to all our friends. Great job and great staff.15 May 2020Jason came by to service our AC unit. Once again an outstanding job. He also found a problem and corrected it on the spot. We can't be happier with the service Southern Air and Jason have done. We continue to recommend Southern Air a great company.4 May 2021Joel Rivera was our technician. He did an outstanding job. Cleaned the system checked everything and cleaned out our drain line.
