6/18/26 Justin Coates did a great job... even in this blazing heat. 12/3/25 Damon came out today to do my six months check up on my six month old unit. He was very respectful and professional. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. 6/24/25-Jason Klinger Thank you Jason for coming out at night to try and address my 11 year old unit. You did your best and I SO appreciate it. You showed and explained that ...in a nutshell we need a new one. I agree. From last year 2024 ....never hit send DeMare P. was our technician and he was great. Jamar was polite and efficient. He explained what was happening with my AC and provided a temporary fix for the night. Said he'll be back tomorrow to do a permanent fix. Excellent service! Jamar is very polite and efficient. Fixed my AC in less time than anticipated. You can send him back all the time. Great role model for other employees and young men his age.
