Our ac stopped working the night before I called, so I called Southern Air first thing in the morning. They put me in at 1:30 and Joel showed up right on time. Joel was totally professional and quick to diagnose the problem with our unit. He repaired it in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with Southern Air and will be recommending them to all our friends. Great job and great staff.15 May 2020Jason came by to service our AC unit. Once again an outstanding job. He also found a problem and corrected it on the spot. We can't be happier with the service Southern Air and Jason have done. We continue to recommend Southern Air a great company.4 May 2021Joel Rivera was our technician. He did an outstanding job. Cleaned the system checked everything and cleaned out our drain line. Checked a problem we were having on the 4th. I could not ask for better service from any company I have ever delt with. Demare was a prime example of a great tech! Downstairs HVAC cooling quit working on Saturday around noon.The tech arrived around 3:00 p.m., quickly resolved the problem,and made improvements to the drainage system to prevent future occurrences.The office staff kept us well informed.

Jamar Witt was our tech. He was courteous and professional, and answered questions in detail. Jamar diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. He was here about an hour and fifteen minutes. Overall, I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend Southern Air to anyone needing HVAC work.

We had an issue with our new unit and when I got home and realized it was not working I called them at 4:55pm and they sent someone that night about an hour later to look at it and get it working until the new part comes ( all no charge bc it’s under warranty)

Our first experience having Southern Air service was due to A/C unit going down.Contact person at the office, I believe Gabby, was courteous and mentioned they had a technician available late morning on same day. We received a text with Justin's pic attached to say he would be in.Unbelievable, he was here within 3 hours. Justin is very knowledgeable with his work. He kept us informed of what he was doing. He's courteous and respectful to speak with. He's a great asset to the company.They've gained an additional satisfied customer. Unfortunately, the previous company we were with, about 11 years, could not respond to our needs or apparently cared.
