We need a new AC and Jeremy was up front and told us about extended warranty. Matthew and Steve came on time installed our AC very professional and Matthew walk me through the thermostat and they stayed and made sure everything was good and clean up. If I could them more then 5 stars I would give them 20 Stars. Randy most definitely went above and beyond his professional duties. Not only did he arrive on time, he arrived to hearing me screaming on my back porch, I was trying to get my fur baby inside the house while keeping my eye on a snake that made way on my porch. He was very instrumental in removing the snake from my porch, it took some time, but he took the time to get the snake outside, then completed the maintenance on the A/C.
