Southern Air just got themselves another customer, my son called around several other AC repair shops and we really didn't hear what we wanted until he called Southern Air and the nice lady (sorry I don't remember her name but thank you for your help in getting my AC fixed) that answered the phone got us set up with the technician right away. Big shout Thanks to Jason for coming out and fixing my AC unit. He was nice, kind and respectful, he told me step by step everything that happened. Today is August 13th 2025 for some reason it will not let me leave another review and I have had a lot of work done through southern air since I've bought my property Randy did an amazing job coming out short notice and got my AC not only up and running but went ahead and did the maintenance on it. I recommend Southern air 100% to anybody because they have never let me down each and every time I have called. Thank you again Randy and the southern air family for taking care of my AC.

11/12/25 As always the tech Dylan was awesome and did what he could to fix the problem, and it works so we won't be cold tonight. But come Friday out with the old and in with the new. Unfortunately my unit is so old it will cost more to fix it and I'm tired of dealing with it. Thank you Dylan for your help and TJ for helping us get setup for a new unit.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Southern Air is a first-class company. We have employed their HVAC services for many years. And I am very pleased with HVAC expert Damon. He is a very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled young man. He keeps me well-informed of any issues with my system. I also commend Southern Air’s office manager and staff. They are excellent communicators.

On October 10, 2025, Technician Robert Wright was here to add a compressor starter kit when my unit was not cooling properly. He came out at night, added the kit, and cleaned and flushed the lines. He did an excellent job. Technician Damon is here again this morning to do periodic maintenance. Southern Air and their Technicians are professional, excellent, and timely. Southern Air even texts me when the Technicians are coming and includes their pictures. Their office staff are friendly and efficient. A live person always answers the phone. I highly recommend Southern Air for your HVAC needs.

Expert service>Tech was very knowledgeable quick clean working in house. Randy also found a potential problem, ordered part, returned next day installed it. as a past hvacr tech for 50 plus years, I know and appreciate good service. Jason was pleasant, professional and very straightforward. He showed us the very rusty and corroding coils and said we could keep repairing the 22 year old AC but it would be a waste of money and an ongoing and potentially hazardous decision. We are proceeding with a new AC based on his recommendation.
