I was out of town when I learned my AC had died. Southern Air worked with me to get me going again in just two days. New AC installed, super pleasant and understanding folks to deal with, and bonus is it is sooo quiet :)

It was the 2nd of 2 yearly check ups
He was very thorough checking everything replaced filter (not a regular filter) 1 price for the year including 1 filter
I apparently miss understood thought 2 filters was included he changed it anyway 0$ it was bad since I was 3mo. behind for check up.
That meant alot to me
