Reliable, fast, friendly, quality work! We have an aging system that’s on the fritz and Southern Air has been great in keeping us going just a little longer before total system replacement (and we’ll be going with this company when the time comes). The technician, Dylan Pacetti checked all the boxes! Prompt, professional and personable. He was thorough and knew what he was doing. He also took the time to explain in understandable terms what the issue was and the best solution.
Dylan was very respectful in my home. (He wore booties over his shoes.) Five stars is not high enough for the service I experinced!

Always a pleasure with this company. Dylan was great. One thing I like we usually get the same technician. We have only had a couple over the years. It’s more important know that my parents live out here. A friendly face and someone we know is a big plus.

Southern Air technician was great. Came on time. He preformed semi-annual service and installed an Air Scrubber to the system. He provided me with options and I really appreciate that. His service was professional and accurate. Definitely recommend Southern Air Cooling and Heating.

I scheduled a regular HVAC maintenance appointment and was elotted a set time frame for the technician to arrive. Justin arrived in a timely manner, right at the beginning of the elotted time slot. Not only was Justin punctual, he was friendly and thorough in his work. This was my first appointment since obtaining the Southern Air Comfort Club membership and being a first time homeowner, I feel at ease knowing my HVAC system will be maintained by local company with friendly, knowledgeable, and customer focused employees.

Jason June 4, Quick, efficient and explained everything with all the options to fix our Air Conditioner. One of the options was to replace it since it was almost 10 years old.
Matthew June 9 Came to install new Air Conditioner. While it took the day to install the new one, since he had to do it by himself, he maintained a wonderful attitude. Was very informative about what he was doing. He even helped my husband position the old slab for his barbecue grill! He also didn't leave until I had connected to and downloaded the App for our new thermostat. Explaining also about how it functioned.
While it cost quite a bit for a new one, all of their professional customer service made the process a little less painful.
Joel, December 30. Came to do maintenance on Heating Air Conditioner unit. Quick and efficient.
