I had an issue yesterday, October 11 with family coming over and I had a technician come pretty quick I must say and it was Trenton and he was Awesome. Tech came out to evaluate our system and found that it must be replaced. He examined the system and found that the unit was not too old and not worth repairing. Will be meeting with sales team for estimate to replace the unit.
