My technician for Southern air in Palatka was Jamar, he did maintenance of our AC system. Jamar did a great job! Lavarus was ahead of schedule. He was courteous and professional. However, I feel the office failed to let him know that our unit was in the attic and he needed at least a short ladder to access the unit. We had to rig a way for him to get to the unit, but he adapted well.

It was the 2nd of 2 yearly check ups
He was very thorough checking everything replaced filter (not a regular filter) 1 price for the year including 1 filter
I apparently miss understood thought 2 filters was included he changed it anyway 0$ it was bad since I was 3mo. behind for check up.
That meant alot to me
